At Greeva Jewels, we take great care in delivering products of the highest quality. Every item is thoroughly inspected before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you face an issue, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
- Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or defective products.
- Products are not eligible for return due to change of mind, dislike of design, size, colour, or normal wear and tear.
- Custom-made or personalized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Replacement Policy
- If your product is damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement of the same product.
- If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not possible.
3. Proof Required (Unboxing Video)
To process any claim, customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing:
- The package in unopened condition from all sides.
- The complete unsealing and unboxing process.
- The damaged or defective product clearly visible.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
4. Return Process
- As we do not provide pickup service, customers must arrange return shipping to our address.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, certificates, and tags.
- After receiving the product, our team will inspect it and confirm approval or rejection of the claim.
5. Timelines for Reporting Issues
- Any damage or manufacturing defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims reported after this period will not be accepted.
- Once approved, the replacement or refund process will be completed within 7–10 working days.
6. Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
- We will bear the shipping cost of sending the replacement product.

Important Notes
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or replacement.
- Greeva Jewels reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any refund or replacement request.
- All decisions made by Greeva Jewels regarding refunds, returns, and replacements shall be final.
